waterproofing solution. You don't need to mix any chemicals to Turbo-Seal. Turbo-Seal itself is perfect

Water leakage in concrete structures
has been always the big trouble to the construction industry. Even after the
water leakage was prevented temporarily, it would happen again before long.
Such repeated maintenance created a vicious cycle causing structures to be
deteriorated as well as a lot of cost.

To develop a new product which can
solve this problem, Renew System analyzed the conventional waterproofing agents
and we found that all the conventional waterproofing agents were standardized
as a curing adhesive type. It could lead to a various problems: poorly cured
when constructed in winter, inadequately adhesive on wet surface, breaking and
flaking off by the substrate movement, etc.

We had 4 critical requirements of new
waterproofing agents in our mind not to challenge those problems.

First,
the waterproofing agents should not be hardened.

Second,
the waterproofing agents should have a self-healing/self-sealing function

Third,
the waterproofing agents should be capable of bonding to wet or moist surfaces.

Fourth,
the waterproofing agents should be easy to maintain.

These four prerequisites in mind led
us to develop the non-curing cohesive type waterproofing agent. We, therefore,
started the development of Turbo-Seal, a flexible bond type waterproofing agent
in 1995. With manpower supported under the firm university-industry cooperation
as well as internal research manpower, in 1998, we were able to develop
Turbo-Seal, a flexible and non-curing cohesive waterproofing agent.
